- Commissioned “green” engineering study (to benchmark and seek recommendations for environmentally responsible restoration and renovation)

- Application for 501 (c) (3) status from the IRS
- Centennial Celebration

- Building leased to Foundation for 99 years
- Initial HVAC assessment completed.

- Commissioned asbestos and lead paint assessment.
- Commissioned electrical assessment.
December
- Commissioned preliminary material removal assessment.

- Develop policy and procedures guidelines for building space allocation and use.
May-ongoing
- Begin developing collaborative programming and plans for future programming and time lines with the organizations involved in the project
